Bio hemp seed oil is a food obtained by the cold pressing of Cannabis Sativa plant’s seeds. Its colour varies from light-green to dark-green to dark-green, a delicate smell and a hazel flavour.

How to use
In the cooking hemp oil is used uncooked to dress salads, cereals, soups, sauces, pasta, rice, vegetables and to flavour the bread, pizza and etc. It is recommended to use it pure but it can also be mixed with extra virgin olive oil in 1: 5 ratio. Being rich in nutritional elements, this oil can also be used in cosmetic, pure or as a basis for creams and beauty masks.
The daily use of bio hemp oil (about 4/5 teaspoon a day) reduces rapidly the excessive levels of LDL (unhealthy) Cholesterol in the blood, and so reduces the levels of triglycerides in the blood. Hemp oil helps to prevent and reduce arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular illnesses because it keeps the blood vessels’ walls more elastic and especially avoids the aggregation of fat in the arteries.
